The vision at Luthersville Baptist Church is to cultivate the growth of spiritually strong families. The family unit is under attack from all sides and we seek to create an environment for family’s to grow stronger and closer to the Lord together. Children from birth to young adults are included in the worship services, with their families, listening to the word of the Lord being proclaimed as well as participating in the worship in song. In our society, family’s are split up throughout most of the week. Sunday mornings at LBC are where families grow together in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Noise is a sign of life. It is expected and normal. If your child is very active you may have to step outside or into the hallway with them at some point during the service and that is ok, but please come back! Jesus said in Matthew 19:14: “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” We have a mother’s and babies room available with rocking chairs and a changing table if needed.
