Luthersville Baptist Church is overseen and served by two distinct offices: Elder and Deacon. It is a pastor led congregation under the oversight of a plurality of Elders (Pastors) and served by a plurality of Deacons.

The deacons at LBC come alongside the pastors and work closely with them to care for and help meet the practical needs within our church family, freeing the elders to focus on their primary calling in the ministry of the Word and of prayer (Acts 6:4).
