Beliefs

We believe that scripture alone is our utmost authority and that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, for the glory of God alone. We affirm the sovereignty of God over all things.

Vision

Our vision is generational. We seek to know, believe and obey the Word of the living God and to pass down a God-glorifying, Christ-exalting, truth-preserving, mission-advancing legacy to the generations to come.

Worship

Worship is our reasonable response to the Lord’s mercy and goodness. It is our work, as the people purchased by His blood. We worship the Lord together through prayer, giving, the reading of scripture, singing and the expositional preaching of the Word.

Welcome

Luthersville Baptist Church is located in rapidly growing Meriwether County, Georgia. We worship the Living God each week through the reading of scripture; the singing of psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (Eph. 5:19); and the preaching of The Word (2 Tim. 4:2). We facilitate family worship and children of all ages are in our services watching and participating along with their parents, grandparents and other church members in corporate worship (Deut. 31:12).
